Last Updated: April 2026. Welcome to Auto Elite / Dubai Road. These Terms of Service govern your access to our website, AI Dispatch workflow, and related vehicle care services. By accessing our website, using our AI Dispatch system, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service (Valet Workshop Model)
Auto Elite / Dubai Road provides door-to-door car care in Dubai. Our representative may collect your vehicle from your location, transfer it to our workshop or approved partner facility, complete diagnostics and/or repairs, and return the vehicle to you. Service timelines are estimated and depend on traffic, parts availability, workshop queue, and scope of work.
3. Vehicle Collection & Owner Responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorized to request service for the vehicle and consent to pickup, transfer, testing, and return. You are responsible for removing valuables, disclosing existing faults, ensuring legal registration and insurance compliance, and providing safe access instructions. We may decline or delay collection where access, documentation, or safety conditions are not met.
4. Quotes, Diagnostics, and Payment
Initial pricing shared through chat, phone, or WhatsApp is an estimate unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Additional diagnostics may be required before final approval. Any additional work beyond the approved scope will be communicated for consent. Payment is due according to the confirmed invoice terms, and vehicle return may be withheld until outstanding dues are settled where legally permitted.
5. Liability and Insurance
We apply commercially reasonable care during handling, transport, and service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Elite / Dubai Road is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including downtime, loss of income, or missed appointments. Liability, where established, remains limited to the direct value of the booked service unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. AI Dispatch and Communication
Our AI Dispatch assistant is a convenience channel for triage and booking support. You acknowledge that automated responses may not capture all technical details and do not replace professional inspection. We may contact you via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to confirm service details, updates, and delivery status.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise mandated by law.
